Welke gegevens verwerkt Leiderschap in school?

Deze (persoons-)gegevens verzamelt en verwerkt Leiderschap in school wanneer middels “contact” op deze website een verzoek aan ons doet en/of een overeenkomst met ons aangaat:
• Naam (middels uw expliciete opgave)
• Adres (middels uw expliciete opgave)
• E-mailadres (automatisch met uw reply)
• Telefoonnummer (middels uw expliciete opgave)
• Schoolgegevens (middels uw expliciete opgave)
De gegevens worden gebruikt voor het maken van deelnemerslijsten voor studiedagen en/of voor het toezenden van offertes en facturen of om contact op te nemen.

Anonieme bezoekersgegevens

Wij maken gebruik van Google Analytics. Deze cookie verzamelt voor ons geanonimiseerde informatie over het gebruik van onze website.

Derde partijen en persoonsgegevens
We zullen uw gegevens nooit verkopen aan derden. Wij delen alleen gegevens met derden wanneer dat ons wettelijk verplicht wordt of wanneer het nodig is om onze diensten te leveren (deelnemerslijst studiedagen bijv.).
Wanneer een openstaande rekening na meerdere betaalherinneringen niet betaald is, kunnen gegevens gedeeld worden met een incassobureau (zie algemene voorwaarden).

Beveiliging

Toegang tot persoonsgegevens is afgeschermd en enkel medewerkers die persoonsgegevens nodig hebben om hun functie te verrichten krijgen toegang tot persoonsgegevens.

Klachtrecht
Zijn er vragen, specifieke verzoeken of klachten? Neem dan via “contact” op deze website contact met ons op. U heeft ook recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
